If you enroll in the Program, I will collect your name, email, address and phone number. You would submit your payment information to our payment processor PayPal and we do not have access to those numbers.

I use your name and email to send you periodic emails, including messages related to the Program, email newsletters, and occasional business announcements and updates. I will use your name and phone number to process your payment. 

I use cookies (via Google Analytics) to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction to optimize this website and create a better user experience for you. If you want to block cookies completely, you can disable them in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.

How Do You Unsubscribe to Emails?

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, I include the one-step unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. However, if you unsubscribe to emails you may not be able to receive the full benefits of the Program. 

How Do I Protect Your Information?

I use various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including hosting your name and email using third-party password-protected, secure services. These services keep your information confidential, will not sell or share your information, and will not contact you directly. The third-party services we currently use are: PayPal (merchant processing), Active Campaign (email list), WuFoo (website forms), Acuity Scheduling (appointment scheduling), Leadpages (website landing pages), HelloSign (contracts), and Kajabi (membership program management).

I will not trade, share, or sell your information to any other company, except that I do share your information with specific third parties who assist me in taking care of you (such as the services above). These third parties all agree to keep your information confidential. I will also release your information as required by law and if necessary to protect my legal rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, to prevent threats to others or illegal activities, or to prevent abuse of this website.

Information Regarding Children

This website is not directed to people who are under 13 years of age. We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
